Fixing Copic Boo-Boos With DT Monica

Yes I said it!  Boo-Boos.
Hi everyone Monica's here and welcome to Craftin Desert Divas Blog!
Today I have a quick tip for you all.

Most of the time when coloring with Copic markers we have that spot in which our colors will bleed out.   If you are like me and you normally don't want to through out the image because of some bleeding into other sections, there is a simple fix for this.  I have seen people use white Gelly Pens to work around the edges, but what happens when you it goes over to another part of your image that you intend to color?

Alright people!  It's time to pull out the magic marker that is known as the colorless blender!  Yay!!!!! I know what you are thinking, "But Monica,...This is a blender...A Blender!"   Yes I do realize that its called a blender.  The thing is that it is the purest form of the alcohol formula in the Copic color family.  That is to say it has none.  Because of this it tends to lighten and desaturate colors.  Yes...DESATURATE!

How the blender works is that it pushes and moves the colors outwards.  The best way to describe this is it works in the same why that you make alcohol backgrounds.  For every drop of alcohol that you add on top of the other it pushes the color outwards. .  It can lighten to the point in which there is no color all!  Isn't this NEAT!?
Well I guess that is enough enthusiasm from me and time to give you a quick view of how this works.

I have made a video sharing here   ***VIDEO***

Thank you for stopping by.  Have a Wonderful day.
